Het waren de vele schilders die ik niet kende.

Het was een mooie tentoonstelling met een goed overzicht van Spaanse schilders. Jammergenoeg moesten we toch in de rij aansluiten voor de kassa. Er was geen skip de line mogelijkheid.

Er staat "skip the line" maar dat werkt zo niet, je moet toch langs de kassa, geen tijdswinst! Headout was wel bekend bij de kassa en we kregen twee tickets mee en konden zo naar binnen. Hebben zo wel 2,00 euro verdiend.

Uitstekende tentoonstelling en kunst die in deze galerie wordt getoond. Een van de beste ter wereld. We houden ook van hun galerie in Madrid.

The purchasing was quick and easy. It would have been good to be ablt to buy different types (adult, reduced) of tickets in the same transaction.

It's not exactly a skip the line, as you still have to go by the ticket desk to validate your voucher. Luckily, the museum was not busy.

Didn't have a choice. If I wanted to go to this museum and buy tickets online, I had to use the app. Everyone that was ticketing online had their own app. I got a voucher which had to be verified at the gate to get a ticket. It would have been nice to get the ticket and not a voucher then I could really skip the line.

Le site est facile d’accès . Je ne suis pas très efficace avec les réservations en ligne mais cette fois ce fut facile. Je ne savais pas comment télécharger mon billet, mais une capture d’écran a suffit.

The instructions to get the tickets are a bit complicated, because of the word 'redeem'. That is not a common word when English is not your native language. Make the instructions very simple, just say: "show your online ticket at the ticket desk in the museum."

Recomendable. Te permite el acceso directo a la hora prevista y te evita hacer colas a la entrada para sacar entradas y para acceder al museo.

The Thysen Hotel was wonderful. Quick access but you over charged us and did not offer over 65 prices . We paid 8euros too much !

De tentoonstelling is uitstekend, de verlichting is erg goed en de ruimte voor contemplatie is erg goed.
