All very good although I had to find out beforehand if the cable car ride was round trip or one way. And the phone on the booking website does not work. I had to go to the chatboot where I finally got a person to answer me but being agents located in third countries they gave me contradictory information. I didn't like that on the web but it was the cheapest for 4 people. The experience was very good. The cable car was impressive.

Selwa park was a terrible experience. The whole park was very dirty. The animals lived in dirty. The glass walls of the pools where the dolphins or penguins lived were terribly dirty. The alleys of the park were full of dirt, the women's toilet was also dirty. The cable car Benalmadena experience was wonderful. Great view, clean, silence.

It says "skip the line" but that doesn't work that way, you have to pass the box office anyway, no time savings! Headout was known at the box office though and we were given two tickets and could go in that way. Did make 2.00 euros that way.

Thanks a lot dear Headout Customer Support Team. My husband and I love visiting places and appreciate art. As an artist myself I like seeing other artists work and how did or how they have evolved through their careers. To book tickets in advance is a relief for us, because it saves us time to get an easier access to museums, galleries, theatres, entertainment, etc. We have enjoyed our experience with Headout and we recommend you to use it. Thanks again. Ariel Chavarro Avila www.arielchavarroavila.com

Didn't have a choice. If I wanted to go to this museum and buy tickets online, I had to use the app. Everyone that was ticketing online had their own app. I got a voucher which had to be verified at the gate to get a ticket. It would have been nice to get the ticket and not a voucher then I could really skip the line.

The instructions to get the tickets are a bit complicated, because of the word 'redeem'. That is not a common word when English is not your native language. Make the instructions very simple, just say: "show your online ticket at the ticket desk in the museum."

It was fascinating to follow the artist's development, to see the many influences that his life and travels had on him and his work, how he experimented, was not afraid of critical judgement but followed his own style, changed again and again, tried out new techniques and above all excelled in so many different areas such as sculpture, lithography, oil painting, drawing, etc. It was wonderful to think that Picasso was born here. We also took the opportunity to visit the house where he was born, which brought us even closer to him. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience and for this amazing museum. I don't like that the tickets are personalised and once bought cannot be returned or sold or given to other people.

I booked the ticket online and therefore I could enter the museum very quickly, without waiting time. The museum is very informative, giving many interesting informations about Picasso's life and work. Though I'm not particularly fond of Modern Art, it was an illuminating experience because one learned not only about the various movements that Picasso worked through, but what was going on politically and aesthetically as well. The artwork and displays were thoughtfully arranged with appropriate lighting. Very nice overall.

The museum itself was fantastic however the experience of getting in was terrible. We booked timed entry tickets for 2pm. When we arrived at the ticket time there was a very long queue outside the entrance. I showed a member of staff the qr code I had been sent and was told it was not a valid ticket. I asked another member of staff who told me to wait in the queue. We queued for 45 minutes. At the front of the queue I was told again that my ticket was not valid. I showed the email I had been sent with the receipt for the tickets. I was eventually ushered through to the entrance desk. When I got there a member of staff scanned the qr codes and we were let in. What is the point of buying an advanced timed ticket if it is not recognised by the venue and does not give you access at the given time? I strongly suggest of liaise with the museum to ensure future ticket purchasers get a better experience.

It was a nice exhibition with a good overview of Spanish painters. Unfortunately, we still had to join the line for the box office. There was no skip the line option.

I booked the ticket online and therefore I could enter the museum very quickly, without waiting time. The museum is very informative, giving many interesting informations about Picasso's life and work. Besides the garden of the museums cafe offers a nice place to have a breake and reflect about the impressions inside the museum. Very nice location.
